Notes in Centrium are a great way to store history of actions and contact communication or to attach files and documents. Each note may be discussed by the team using comments.
You can add a note by typing it in - on the dashboard and on contact's, task's and deal's page.
Note may be attached to a contact, task or deal or it may be general.
Employees can add comments to notes to discuss, share their knowledge and experience.
There are also system notes which are added automatically after important events.
An example of automatic note is a note about winning a deal or a delegation of tasks to another team member.
All notes can be categorized using editable types. This will help in the search of important information later.
Types of notes can be defined by administrator on the settings page in the "Notes" tab.
