Installation
You can enable Google Apps integration by visiting our Google Apps Marketplace listing page:
https://www.google.com/enterprise/marketplace/viewListing?productListingId=15094+6904895831402355410
and pressing "Add it now" button. During the installation process you will be presented with an option to register a new account and invite your domain users to Centrium or to enable Google Apps for an existing Centrium CRM account. In this case we will ask you to log in as Centrium admin to confirm your identity.
Detailed information about Google Apps Marketplace application management can be found here:
https://developers.google.com/google-apps/marketplace/lifecycle
Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for the installation to be visible in all Google Products, especially in:
-
Google Universal Navigation,
-
Gmail.
Features
Centrium will be available in all Google Apps products via Google Universal Navigation. Simply click on More > Centrium CRM to open Centrium - no login required!
Single Sign On
During the installation process we will connect your Centrium CRM account with your Google Apps account. This will allow you to log in to Centrium without providing username and password. Single Sign on will be available through Google Universal Navigation and Centrium CRM sign in page.
Note: We won't have access to your Google Apps username and password. During login attempt we contact Google to confirm your identity. More information about Single Sign On security can be found here: http://support.google.com/a/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=60224
Planned features
Google Calendar integration
We would like to give you an option to display Google Calendars in Centrium and to display filtered Centrium tasks as separate calendars in Google Calendar.
Google Drive integration
We would like Google Drive files and documents to be treated equally as files uploaded directly to Centrium. Users will be able to attach those documents to notes and collaborate on them in real time.
2-way sync
We are considering our options to provide 2-way customizable synchronisation. We will probably use a 3-rd party service to synchronize Google Apps and Centrium data in real time, in example: Zapier.
Removing integration
Detailed instructions regarding removing applications installed using Google Apps Marketplace are provided by Google and can be found here: https://support.google.com/a/answer/6089179?hl=en
Note: Disabling your Google Integration won't delete or cancel your Centrium CRM account and the other way around. If you wish to cancel your Centrium account please follow this directions: http://support.centriumcrm.com/solution/categories/17160/folders/27343/articles/10066-how-to-close-my-account-
Note: It may take up to 24 hours for all Centrium integration features to disappear from your Google Apps.
